Sauted Turkey Bites With Coriander And Cumin....Quick
Sometimes you can have lunch ready in 5 minutes when you have marinated your meat 24 hours in oil, powdered coriander and whole cumin seeds. Here is how it goes..
You will need:
Serves 6 on rice.
- 1 kg breast of Turkey cut in bite size pieces.
- Olive oil to marinate.
- 2 Tbsp. of powdered coriander.
- 1 Tbsp. of whole cumin seeds.
- Olive oil to cook.
- Salt, pepper, and one chili cut in thin slices.
Method:
- Marinate turkey bites with coriander, cumin, salt, pepper and chili for 24 hours in your fridge.
- Heat skillet to high, and add some oil.
- With a spatula push all the pieces onto the skillet including marinating oil if any left.
- Saute on high heat till cooked. Add some Worcestershire sauce.
Serve on white rice with any sauce produced from the cooking
