Meat Pie II......Something Light For Lunch Or Dinner

You will need:
Serves 12
- 540 gms of ground meat.
- 2 eggs whole.
- 1 small onion finely chopped.
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
- 2 sprigs of fresh fennel.
- Salt and pepper.
- 2 Tbsp. of olive oil.
- 1 cup prepared béchamel.
Method:
- Mix well all the above together by hand and set aside.
- Bake blind at 185 C for 15 minutes one pie mould of short crust. Make holes with the fork to let air out.
- Let cool, fill pie, and bake at 200 C for one hour on lowest shelf.
- Check for doneness and dryness.
- Let cool completely before cutting.

Put Some Aluminum Foil To Prevent From Burning The Rim |
