Finger Food Wings......Yummy Yummy I Got Love In My Tummy...!!
Junk Food!!.... But at least it's home made junk food!! LOL .... served with broccoli that balances things a bit, don't you think?? If we had French fried potatoes on the side then we would really be in trouble !!
Anyway you will need:
Serves 4:
- 1.2 kg of chicken wings separated at the joints. The pointed part at the end of the wing is discarded. I would have shown the picture but they were packed ready to cook.
- 3 Tbsp. hot ketchup.
- 1 Tbsp. mushroom flavored soy sauce.
- 1 Tbsp. bbq spare rib sauce.
- 1 cap full of hickory liquid smoke.
- 1Tbsp. bbq sauce.
- 2 Tbsp. oil.
- No Salt No Pepper.
Method:
- Mix the above sauces in a bowl.
- Pour over chicken wings.
- With your hands rub to cover all with the sauce mix.
- Line the chicken wings as in photo.
- In a preheated oven to 200 degrees C bake for one hour.
- At half time flip.
Ready to plunge in!!
